Description: Shows caricature of "Hiroskito" wearing a sandwich board that says "Eat a Joe's place tonight," blowing a horn to attract soldiers in a nearby tent. Other text reads "Sloppy Joe cordially invites you and all your friends to spend the night with him. Refreshments and fun for all. R.S.V.P." and "May we add--after tonights big blowout Joseph won't be with us anymore." Caption reads "Prevent Malaria! Shorten the war!"
