English: Rectangular, with curved corners and sides, the front inscribed with the word/picture rebus "Who The [Devil] Are You", the text enameled in dark blue, the devil in red, he holds red handled pitchfork, the prongs of which are white, devil stands on white ground. Reverse undecorated. Lid hinged on side. Striker on bottom.
