Summary[edit]

Description
English: In October 1933, Li Qun, Cao Bai and Ye Luo were arrested for their roles in the Chinese Left-Wing Artists Alliance and founding the “Mu Ling Woodcuts Research Association”. They were released from prison in spring 1935. After his release, Li Qun, facing unemployment, focused on producing significant artworks like “Three Suffering Youths”.
