English: I focus on the essence of objects, avoiding glazes and artificial enhancements in my work. This challenges the idea of autotelism in ceramics, where art supposedly comes only from firing. "Non-color" embodies a physicality influencing consciousness and preserving bodily memory. I use "non-glazed ceramic" resembling Japanese paper, with a pure white surface from fire's transformative power. This contrasts with non-ceramic materials, highlighting flaws in our perception. Life, death, and rebirth follow a fluid cycle, showing the reality of change. To truly exist is to embrace the external void, the uncreated world, and affirm my presence. The tragedy that will engulf the world on February 24, 2022, is also "as it is" in this human world. |
