Summary[edit]

Description
English: The spirit of the powerful Yoruba Goddess Oya, is believed to dwell in the path where the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade transitioned. Being the goddess of wind and storms, the notion wouldn't seem too far fetched. As a beautiful, yet fierce warrior, protector and patron of feminine leadership, she has endured much sadness and misfortune in life. I likened my character to that of Oya, and share similar resonance to her stories. She carries much sadness about her incapacity to give birth and carries the graves of her lost children.
