Or, si l'on ne peut qu'admirer cette fidélité au courage malheureux, il faut aussi reconnaître que cette pure politique de sentiment ne saurait être suivie que par les pays neutres qui,vivant en dehors de toute question de suprématie, peuvent, librement manifester leurs préférences et leurs antipathies
