Photographer trespassed[edit]

These photos were taken when we were away. There are very visible ‘ private property’ signs on the boundary of the property and the photographer clearly ignored them . RobBoy1 (talk) 20:00, 5 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Trespassing on private property[edit]

@Alwxis Jazz

Your comment is not valid here. The signs said private property and that should be respected. You cannot advocate trespassing as a way of justifying putting photos up. People can take photos from the roadside but when they cross the barriers they are on private land and committed an offence. Wikipedia has a responsibility to uphold laws. Please remove the photos that are closer to the house or I will escalate further . RobBoy1 (talk) 10:30, 6 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Trespassing[edit]

@Emeraude. ‘ In reality, every building is private property or on private land and to take this argument to its logical conclusion we could have no images of such anywhere. Emeraude‘. - Agree EXCEPT where someone has clearly entered the property grounds (ie: ignored several Private -No entry signs ) in order to take photos that they would NOT be able to take from the roadside or public area. This is the case with three such photos here . It’s not rocket science ! How would you like it if someone went into your garden taking photos ? RobBoy1 (talk) 13:03, 6 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Note that I am in no way trying to delete ALL of the photos . On the site photos 1 (view from roadside ) , photo 2. (View from another perspective and photo 3 a side view are all untouched because they are Public views. Photos 4, 5 and 6 are not public views and are the contentious ones we would like removed. It’s that simple . RobBoy1 (talk) 10:04, 7 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
