Scope	Nominated as the most valued image on Commons within the scope: Hydrothermal eruption of Strokkur (Iceland).

Reason	Stokkur is the most active of the geysers in Iceland. It is located about 50 metres from "The Great Geysir" which is now (22 November 2016) almost dormant. I liked this picture because it shows not only the water spout, but also the immediate vicinity of the geyser. -- Martinvl (talk)
Review (criteria)	Support I've looked through the images of the category and I think this photo shows well the geyser and, as you say, the surroundings.
