Oppose regretfully. While this image is the only one in the ship category that meets the view sub-scope, the image is clipped at the stern of the ship. IMO the image needs to show all of the ship to meet the scope. --GRDN711 (talk) 21:44, 1 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Support What speaks objectively against this picture? Admittedly, the cut on the right is very tight and would have to be criticized for Featured Pictures. But this is about showing an essential part of a nearly 100 year old ship. I see no reason to declare the picture worthless. -- Spurzem (talk) 09:04, 2 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Comment I have clearly stated my objection that this clipped image does not show the entire sub-scope. I have never said that this image was worthless (those are your words, Spurzem; not mine). Sola Gratia (ship, 1927) ENI 02301535 Port of Antwerp.JPG

Commons will not lose this 100-year-old ship .This other image does not match the sub-scope details but clearly shows all of the Sola Gratia. --GRDN711 (talk) 02:22, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
