The scope is too specific - it does not show the interior of the church, but a painting that is hanging in the church. The painting surround is clutter that detracts from the painting and shows nothing of the church itself. The correct scope would therefore be "Annunciation of the Lord by Titien.

Comment For a work of art must be the place where it can be seen the name of the work and the name of its author. The scope includes these elements. The category could reach the sky or the church or the name of the author. I chose the name of the place.
