Reason Far better in category, geocoded, in use, QI. S-3D SMZ cycle-car was specially designed in 1970 for use by disabled drivers. Some info here. This is rare vehicle now, but this one still in use in 2011. Was produced in Serpukhov Motorcycle Factory (SMZ). SMZ was renamed to SeAZ in 1995. -- George Chernilevsky talk
