Oppose I prefer this one. The technical and visual quality of the nominated one is the best, no question. But what is the subject ? The Peace in a quadriga. In my suggestion, we understand it is an allegory of "peace", because of the olive branch, symbol of peace, well visible. Criterium 3, "illustrates well...".The nominated picture does not show this, so it could be "War", "Victory", "France" or anything else. On the image suggested by Jebulon the genitals of the horses are in the shadow and the image is overstaturated. Mine is way better ... I'm kidding, I like both, and I'm involed so only consider this as a joke.
