  •  Comment I don't see a better picture in the commons at the moment, but I think that a valuable image should not be so extremely distorted. We'll have to wait a while for a better photo. -- Spurzem (talk) 20:55, 25 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Spurzem: Could you specify what kind of distortion? I agree that there is perspective distortion, but I don't really know how to capture this really tall building without pointing the camera up. Using Photoshop just seems to make it have those edges where you have to digitally add in details that don't exist. I'm not that good with Photoshop, but if it would be possible for someone else to somehow "fix" this image if they really think they can then I'd be game, but for now I'm unsure what else to do. I'll try and snap some other pictures tomorrow and, if any of them seem better than this (which I doubt, this one just seems to be the best one, it includes the administrator office, it shows 2 sides of it, it has a good angle for the entrance, I even managed to capture a bird up there which I rarely see at this kind of year) the only issue is the perspective, but I don't know how to fix that), I'll add them to the nomination. I tried to improve the perspektive. -- Spurzem (talk) 08:11, 26 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
That's much better! I'm wondering whether the building is notable. Lallint, in addition to linking the scope to the category that includes this photo, could you establish how the building is notable? -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 08:47, 26 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It depends on what the standards for notability are, it's the second tallest skyscraper in Watertown behind the Dulles State Office Building, and it's an apartment building with 150 residents. The Dulles State Office Building was named after Allen Dulles and his brother who were born in Watertown, and is the head-of-state government office building in Watertown, so if this isn't a notable building than the Dulles State Office Building will most certainly be notable.
