  •  Question It was sawed in order to have mushrooms grow? I'm having trouble seeing how the location is part of the scope, though. Would the picture look much different if it had been taken any number of other places? Or to put it another way, can the viewer tell that we're looking at this particular reserve, unless you tell them? -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 20:17, 4 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Answer: The information about this recognized reserve mentions the experiment on trees. In the Netherlands you are not allowed to just kill living trees by sawing them.--Agnes Monkelbaan (talk) 06:01, 5 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment This technique is not widely used, although it gives good results for mushrooms. The tree becomes very fragile and can fall. The technique is independent of location. If we remove the location from the scope while leaving it in the caption, I would be in favor of this nomination. --Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 06:29, 5 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
