Question Why an own category for this single photo? We have a lot of close-ups here. Either you put all close-ups in your new catogory, or you compare this it with the other, i.e. you link your VIC that category (BTW, it is easy to create an own category for a single photo, although there exist a lot of similar photos, and then to nominate it for VI.) --Llez (talk) 05:24, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Comment Llez is right. You have to rename this category to " Gentiana acaulis - flower " and place the images inside. Then redo a VI nomination with this category. --Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 06:42, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Info talk, Llez Because they make close-up cats of flowers, so i made it. And i actually dont see any stacked macro there, but you can compare with all flowers there too. Simply - no challenge. Which one to put here ? These needs needs stackinig, i think singular shot is away to show any macro. Compare with that Category too. No problem. But i wont doing redirection of other shots. --Mile (talk) 08:55, 18 November 2017 (UTC) p.S. I cant put into Category " Gentiana acaulis - flower " since i saw on other flowers what they do for macro...its "Close-up photographs of... "[reply]
    •  Comment The scope is "close-up" not "Focus stacked". For a close-up, it is not absolutely necessary to stack. So, in this scope you must compare with all other close ups, not only with focus stacked ones. I photographed hundreds of shells, but I had never the idea to create an own category for each stacked shell (for the most pictures of other authors are not). You say, compare it with the photos on the other category, but for VI it is mandatory, that the picture is in the same category as the pictures you have to compare. BTW in the file desription I found no hint, that is is focus stacked, according the description it is "only" Macro photography. In addition, it does not fullfill criterion 5, it is not geocoded. --Llez (talk) 16:13, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • I put it in main category, geo added. @Llez its 15-20 mm, doing macro its more than clar when you see single shot (check that Category) and when stacked image. You won't never see all in detail in the single shot. And yes, its under Category:Focus stacking images of flowers from beginning. --Mile (talk) 06:54, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Info If you still add "flower" to the scope - the picture shows only the flower, not the whole plant - I will support --Llez (talk) 08:11, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
 Comment I put flower. --Mile (talk) 16:01, 19 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
