| Reason | The listed wooden church with its thatched roof is in harmony with the unspoiled landscape of the Western Pomeranian Lagoon Area National Park and the traditional architecture of the village. The church was built in the winter of 1934/35 and consecrated on March 31, 1935. It was designed by the architects Bernhard Hopp and Rudolf Jäger from Hamburg. This image successfully took part in the 2023 Wiki Loves Monuments competition in Germany and achieved the 74th place. -- Radomianin (talk) |
