 Support --Jacek Halicki (talk) 08:43, 18 September 2015 (UTC)  Oppose - The scope is too narrow - allowing this scope would give rise to the possibility of an enormous number of images - here is the maths:[reply]

Assume that the world's cruise ship fleet has 100 ships.
Assume that there are 100 different ports that are visited by cruise ships.
Allowing this type of scope gives rise to a possible of 10,000 VI's.
However, if we separated the two out we would have 100 images for the cruise ships (in this case for "Berlin: Cruise ship") and 100 for [Any] Cruise ship at a specified port. This would a possible 200 VI's with minimal loss choice for the user. Also the poorer images would probably be weeded out improving the selection made available (which is what VI is all about anyway).

I would be happy to support this nomination if the scope were reduced to just "Berlin: Cruise ship" or "Berlin: Cruise ship (starboard side)". Martinvl (talk) 13:11, 18 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Scope changed from Berlin : Cruise ship, Giudecca Canal in Venice to Berlin : Cruise ship {{{3}}}
