  •  Support This image is the same as the next, if I'm not mistaken.[1] The only difference is that the next image is compressed more. The first image is lower resolution and includes xray emission (blue) so that the extensive distribution of extremely hot gas is visible. Also, the field of view is somewhat larger and less dynamic ranges is shown (little detail is visible in the bright emission nebulae). I think this one is the best illustration of the mainscope.
