| Reason | Something a little different this time. A portrait of this haitian head of state, dead in 1818. Best in scope IMO, due to size, quality and resolution. I've cleaned it (many spots !), and enhanced colors and contrasts just a little, as one may see on the original file. I think it is fine now, and this picture is rare. No geocode, it is a home work.
