Comment@Ikan Kekek: There are about 55,000 commercial ships in the world. However, Commons is a small depository for ship images and there are even few Valued images of ships - to date approximately 100. If there were 1000 in five years, I would be surprised. A step forward might be to define Domain-specific scope guidelines (COM:VIS) for ships similar to animals and plants. --GRDN711 (talk) 07:13, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
