    Comment: I've seen someone else call a photo non-notable. Where does this policy come from? Most of the photos on Wikimedia would be non-notable wouldn't they? —Christiaan 18:12, 7 Feb 2005 (UTC)
    I knew I worded that badly :-) In general, if a picture is striking, I vote in support without considering the notability. If the picture is not striking, however, I still look at the notability and I may vote in support if I consider the picture notable enough. For me, this picture is neither striking nor particularly notable.
