Oppose nice image, but the composition is too confusing. It seems like the fence seperates the pavement from the river, and so it seems odd that the swans and ducks are on the pavement side. In order to understand the image and the situation, I had to use Google Street View to understand how they got there (and I assume they are looking for food left on the pavement). - That's not it. What is weird is that the fence seems to seperate the fence from the pavement, i.e. there is no access from the pavement to the river. If the strange stone floor in the bottom left of the image wasn't there, one could have seen that the fence doesn't seperate the pavement from the river, and that it leads to a path along the river (as can be seen from the link I gave to Google Street View).
