- Oppose I'm assuming from the title, the description and the three frames that this isn't a study of poppy seeds but rather of photographic techniques and equipment. A standard lens in macro mode; with close-up-lens attached; with 16 frames of focus stacking for increased DoF. It is interesting and useful but I don't think it is feature level. The harsh white light does bring out the texture of the seeds but perhaps there is too much contrast and not enough fill. The arrangement on paper is a bit too simple and amateurish. The seeds do make an interesting subject at macro level, but making an original composition out of this popular subject will be a challenge. -- Colin (talk) 16:35, 18 November 2012 (UTC)
- Comparable with File:Focus stacking Tachinid fly.jpg; but we don't need another FP (imo). JKadavoor Jee 04:52, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose I just don't see the "wow" factor. Michael Barera (talk) 20:03, 18 November 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose A lot of stacking artefacts in the right one (for examples see note, but not only there). If focus stacked, why the unsharpness in the front and the back? --Llez (talk) 09:15, 21 November 2012 (UTC)
