Purpose: I'm doing a lot of uploads for the german language Wikisource, an have been blamed several times to flood Special:Newimages and that I should use an account with a bot flag for uploading. See User_talk:Joergens.mi#Uploading_books

Feeling guilty :). I think that is a good idea, because I didn't see any decrease in my uploading tasks and flooding this Special page isn't the best idea at all.

All the pages will by uploaded by using the commonist. I don't think there is a need for special bot to do that. And I'm not interested in bot programming at commons.

To get information on my work up to now, simply have a look at User:Joergens.mi#Scanned.2Fuploaded_Books and at my Wikisource account Wikisource:de:Benutzer:joergens.mi

if you find any fault in licensing, pleae inform me, we don't want to have bad licence in Wikisource and commons. if anything is wrong here, it may by faulty in ws too. --Joergens.mi 22:57, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

Para, this may be possible in the future, when an feature is available to address a page within a djvu file, and when the djvu extension working on commons although will work in wikisource, with displaying pages. At the moment the pages are needed to do at least the two proofreadings of the transcribed textes an displaying interesting pages with graphs, pictures in the wikisource. If further information or examples are needed feel free to ask. The according "bug messages" or better feature requests 7957 are already opened on mediawiki. Another reason ist hat i have 2 out of 26 djvu files which are corrupting the article page here on commons. and one which will not be displayed. --Joergens.mi 22:54, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
