BryanBot

This bot will be intended for the Commons:Deletion requests process. It's primary task is to move closed debates to the archive. It will:

1. Move closed deletion requests to Commons:Deletion_requests/Old 24 hours after closing
2. Close debates for images that have been deleted 3 hours after deletion
3. (later) Inform uploaders that have not received an {{Idw}} that their image is for deletion

Test run: None yet, bot has still to be made.

Hi, everybody, thank you all for the comments. I had planned to create this bot today, unfortunately the database of my other bot broke *again*, and I was suddenly unblocked on Flickr, so I first will be doing an other outstanding project.
