Convert to SVG

I removed {{Convert to SVG}}. Usually, transparency is a nice optional feature. For example, the fact that Image:Commons-logo.svg isn't transparent in old versions of Internet Explorer is unimportant. The images in this category are different, however. The transparency is required to construct football uniforms of the right colors.

Eventually, when all browsers support transparent png fully, these can be converted. But until then, it's important to support as many browsers as possible. User:dbenbenn 10:18, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

New images won't show up

Anybody know why the new image won't show up when uploading a new file over an existing one? Even when refreshing the cache nothing seems to happen. Trying to upload to these two in particular:
