NC-licences are allowed on Commons (under conditions)

Hello, you deleted my licenses, which contains no-commercial-elements (see diff). You're right, that NC-licenses prohibited, but only if there are without other accepted licenses. See Commons:Licensing#Multi-licensing: „For example, files under a "non-commercial" license are OK only if they are at the same time also released under a free license that allows commercial use.“ While a CC-by-sa/3.0/de-license is given at my files, any NC and/or ND-licenses can be added.
