Official warning
[edit]We have had this conversation about your not editing per the guidance. You are making work for administrators with your inadherence to the guidance. This edit special:diff/891604257 is patently problematic. 1) svg and png files are different, they are not eligible for speedy deletion. 2) you had already requested it and it had been denied, yet you asked again without looking at the history. If push comes to shove, your means of editing will be discussed by the administrators. When you don't know what you are doing and need some answers, then ask at Com:VP.
