The "Seniors Write Wikipedia" User Guide: available in English?
[edit]Hello Jan, I am very interested in doing some Wikipedia projects involving Seniors. I live in Canada & I don't know of any Wiki- projects specifically involving seniors in my country. I watched the recording of your presentation at Wikimania 2023: Seniors write Wikipedia - how to keep them engaged in the long term run? and was so impressed! I had a look at the User Guide and I would appreciate reading it but (unfortunately!) I don't understand Czech at all. Is it possible this manual is in English? How to ask for speedy-delete of an empty category
[edit]When you want to ask for speedy-delete of an empty category, best practice is to mark it with {{SD|C2}} if it would be OK to re-create it in the future, given that appropriate content becomes available or {{SD|C1}} if it is an inappropriate category name that should not be reused. In particular, this is better practice than just blanking the category page, as you did at [[:Category::Designs by Kasia Ostrowska to be renamed]]. ("C1" and "C2" come from Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion). Jmabel ! talk 19:35, 22 August 2024 (UTC)
