Dear HombreDHojalata. I uploaded File:Almada Negreiros Começar FCG img 7708.jpg because I truly believed Freedom of Panorama applied to this image; I still do. I quote: "Portuguese copyright law allows the use of works permanently installed at public locations. The law explicitly mentions buildings and sculptures as examples of such works (§75(2)q). "Use" includes taking a photograph of such a work and publishing it (§68)". This applies to any work of art permanently installed at public locations, outdoors and indoors, as in this case.Manuelvbotelho (talk) 10:53, 1 September 2014 (UTC)

In ARTIGO 75º [1] (CÓDIGO DO DIREITO DE AUTOR E DOS DIREITOS CONEXOS) the Portuguese law reads: "2 — São lícitas, sem o consentimento do autor, as seguintes utilizações da obra: q) A utilização de obras, como, por exemplo, obras de arquitectura ou escultura, feitas para serem mantidas permanentemente em locais públicos". The law mentions public spaces without specifying any further; this means that in Portugal any work of art, permanently located in a public space, indoors or outdoors, is included in Freedom of Panorama.Manuelvbotelho (talk) 22:19, 1 September 2014 (UTC)
The law isn't concerned with the author's intentions. So long as a work, any work, is permanently installed in a public space the law applies. (For your information however, in the particular case of Almada Negreiro's Começar, it is well known that this very important work was specifically made to be installed in its present location and nowhere else. Ola!, onte subin á commons un ficheiro; Escudo de Padrón (oficial).png. Procede de Terras de Iria, mandeilles un correo electronico pedindo permiso e dinme que non hai ningún problema co copiright, amais agradeceronme que a subira. Penso que e unha páxina que depende dos concellos do Sar case con total seguridade e prefiren que se poña o escudo oficial.

Digo oficial porqué e o que usa o concello de padrón nos seus documentos oficiais. E según opinan, e cito literalmente o e-mail; "a verdade e que esta semana estivemos mirando para actualizar e correxir a información que aparece na wikipedia sobre Padrón, e un erros máis importantes é o escudo que aparece" (Alberto Rey. Oficina de Turismo de Padrón).

Si, xa sei que debería..., pero terei que poñelo nas tarefas pendentes porque iso leva bastante tempo e ando pillado. Fixen o outro porque estaba no artigo e non quedaba demasiado ben que estivera así. Tomo nota para cando teña un rato, pero se non tes un interese especial por el non sei cando o poderei cambiar. I note that you have changed the author and date to unknown, and the license to {{PD-old-80}} but this is incorrect because you can only use that PD tag if the author is known and they have been dead for more than 80 years. It depends on whether the photographer really is unknown and when the photo might have been published, certainly pre-1900. We could possibly use {{Anonymous-EU}} and {{PD-anon-1923}} because the file has to be free in both Spain and the USA. If you can find any more details it would help enormously because I don't want to see such an old photo deleted. Green Giant (talk) 19:49, 30 June 2015 (UTC)

¡Hola, HombreDHojalata! He visto que en su momento sobreescribiste esta imagen. Si bien si tiene más pixeles y más bytes y en general más... ¿contraste?, aparte de carecer de algunos manchurrones presentes en la original, creo que merece la pena conservar la primera, al menos lo que viene siendo el ojo derecho por ejemplo se ve bastante más definido. También otros detalles de la imagen. ¿Te importaría subir tu versión a un nuevo título y restaurar la original en ese archivo? Después se pueden enlazar la una con la otra a través del "other versions". En fin qué te voy a contar que no sepas a estas alturas. ¡Un saludo! Strakhov (talk) 20:07, 16 August 2015 (UTC)

RE;Escudos

Vale, paréceme ben que discordes, pero permíteme que me explique. Se o escudo do club X di que o seu escudo é a cruz de Santiago con fondo vermello e branco, iso non pode ter copyright porque non ten orixinalidade, é unha simple definición, e se eu fago un escudo debuxando esas cousas non é unha obra derivada. Se o que queres dicir é que o usuario Nemigo está copiando de forma exacta os ficheiros das páxinas web dos clubs de fútbol transformándoos simplemente de formato, que non estou seguro de que este sea o caso penso que realmente non son copias exactas, entón si podería ser. Pero xa che digo que coa segunda opción tampouco estou seguro porque aínda que hai similitudes realmente non son copias exactas.

Por outra banda están os de imaxe], pero iso xa é outra cousa, que implica ó dereito mercantil pero que xa non afecta ós dereitos de autor que é o único que nos incumbe en Commons e na wiki. Saúdos, --Elisardojm (talk) 23:39, 29 August 2015 (UTC)

No que concordamos é que o fútbol levanta paixóns, iso é indiscutible :) É seguro que isto xa se tentou facer outras veces pero tamén é verdade que os coñecementos que a comunidade vai adquirindo de dereitos de autor van aumentando e cada vez sabemos mellor que cousas teñen dereitos e que cousas non. Sabes ben que ás veces hai cousas asumidas que non se revisan, pero que ó final descúbrese que eran incorrectas, cando foron aplicadas durante anos.
Para min un brasón non chega ó limiar de orixinalidade porque dicir, por exemplo, "leva a cruz de Santiago sobre un escudo con dúas Cs" iso non xera dereitos de autor. Outra cousa é a imaxe que interprete un deseñador ou un pintor baseándose nese brasón. Despois, neste tema, temos tamén os dereitos comerciais e de explotación de marca, pero iso non afecta á wiki, porque eses non son dereitos de autor, son outros dereitos que non chocan cos que hai que vixiar aquí, sabes que en Commons hai centos e centos de logos de empresas que se manteñen aquí porque son moi simples e non chegan ó limiar de orixinalidade e, pola contra, ese logos son marcas rexistradas e teñen outras limitacións de uso que non teñen que ver cos dereitos de autor e por iso poden estar aquí.
E que conste que neste caso o que menos me move é a paixón futboleira que non teño a máis mínima! :), o único que me move é a paixón pola wiki e polos contidos libres :) Imos seguir o caso a ver como remata, agora vou engadir algo disto que che acabo de poñer arriba na páxina do borrado, a ver se vale para algo ou non hai nada que facer :) Saúdos, --Elisardojm (talk) 17:04, 31 August 2015 (UTC)

Erraste al solicitar el borrado rápido del archivo File:Submarino S01.jpg ... resumiendo:

  • - Todós los archivos de la web http://www.losbarcosdeeugenio.com se publican bajo licencia creative commons totalmente compatible con la utilizada en commons
  • Para subir un archivo, es necesario enviarselo al administrador, que verifica personalmente que el archivo es propiedad de quien lo remite. (leer las condiciones de uso de la página, la licencia, etc, etc, etc)

Así pues, te solicito que retires la plantilla tu que la pusiste.

Boas, esta imaxe pode facerse? Segundo entendo a liberdade de panorama só aplica ó exterior dos edificios, nin sequera cando son públicos, polo que penso que non podería estar en Commons, non? RE:Copyvio

Entendo que o escudo do SEG non chega ó limiar de orixinalidade, está feito con letras e formas simples, de feito tiña pensado recortalo e poñelo no artigo...

As fotos de todocolección non teñen dereitos de autor porque os orixinais non o teñen xa que non chegan ó limiar de orixinalidade, que eles lle poñan unha marca de auga non lles outorga dereitos de autor. Creo que lles quitei a marca de auga a todas, se queda algunha avisa e quítolla.

  • Discordo no das fotos de todocolección, son fotos de obxectos de obxectos planos sen dereitos de autor polo que facerlles unha foto non achega nasa de creatividade, se fose unha foto dunha escultura a cousa cambiaría xa que ó ser unha obra en 3D si se interpreta que a fotografía ten creatividade propia xa que pode facerse dende miles de planos diferentes.

la verdad es que no te entiendo, hice un buen articulo y publique unas fotos para que mcha gente se enterara de un edificio tan bonito, quizas el unico articulo de esto en ingles de todo el internet y de bibliotecas y archivos y todo, este edificio fue muy historico, la unica forma que la gente se interese por verlo es viendo primero la imagen, y tu lo quieres borrar, y mira que no soy español, pero me interese mucho por la arquitectura española y gallega fuee viendo estas cosas del pasado, y asi como yo podrian haber millones de personas y ser un precedente para articulos de esta arquitectura fuera de wikipedia, quizas no, por que tu los quieres borrar--Vvven (talk) 23:59, 21 March 2016 (UTC)

ha trasladado el nombre de la categoría de la University of Santiago de Compostela. Papeletas

Hola, HDH, ese es un asunto espinoso, especialmente porque mucha gente cree que "dado que la papeleta está [aparentemente] en el dominio público, entonces el logo también lo está". Eso, como bien señalas, no es cierto. Tal como estoy discutiendo con Poco a poco, todas las papeletas deben de incluir la plantilla {{De minimis}}, con el argumento "The party logo", lo cual viene a traducirse en que, aceptamos barco porque es el logo es muy pequeño. Puedes ver un ejemplo aquí. Es la suposición con la que trabajamos. Aunque quizá sea necesario incluirlo expresamente (cosa que paso a hacer inmediatamente).
