look to rename Category:Historical Atrium

Hi. Would you please review this category as it is not descriptive enough with that name. If it is a specific atria of the town hall, could you please consider appending that building name. ✍️Within the project Heritage Guard Network, we are collecting responses from people who have experience photographing, especially in nature-protected areas or cultural monuments and faced some risks.
