Please be bold and help translate this article! The Pagoda of the Celestial Lady (Vietnamese: Chùa Thiên Mụ; also called Linh Mụ Pagoda) is a historic temple in the city of Huế in Vietnam. Its iconic seven-story pagoda is regarded as the unofficial symbol of the city, and the temple has often been the subject of folk rhymes and ca dao about Huế. Dear Wikimedians,
Thank you for participating in the review of the Revised Enforcement Draft Guidelines for the Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC). The UCoC project team and the Revisions Committee appreciate you all taking the time to discuss the guidelines, suggest changes, and ask questions.
This community review period lasted from September 8 to October 8, 2022. Over the past four weeks, the UCoC project team has collected valuable community input from various channels, including three conversation hours sessions, where Wikimedians could get together to discuss the revised UCoC Enforcement Guidelines. The Revisions Committee will review community input when they reconvene in the second week of October 2022. The UCoC project team will support them in providing updates as they continue their work and will continue to inform the community about all important developments and milestones as the Committee prepares the final version of the UCoC Enforcement Guidelines that is currently scheduled for a community-wide vote in mid-January of 2023.
On behalf of the the UCoC project team,

About user Musée Annam
Hello Donald Trung, I am bothering you to ask some information about user Musée Annam.
Earlier I uploaded some files of historical photos of Confucian cultural exchanges between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of Vietnam, like these two photos:
File:越南訪華團文化組官員拜會教育部梅部長、黃季陸、孔德成 01.jpg
File:越南訪華團文化組官員拜會教育部梅部長、黃季陸、孔德成 02.jpg
Recently, user Tmikas added tag Vietnamese PEN Club to these files.
Previously, I had not heard of the organization mentioned in this tag, so I did a search on this and found that on commons this tag was created by user Betabum, who has been proven to be a sockpuppet account of user Musée Annam and has been banned. This made me suspicious of the identity and purpose of the user Tmikas.
Then I found another user, Vitiek, and based on the files they uploaded, I think the two accounts may be owned by the same person:
File:奉祀官孔德成1958年訪問南越考.jpg (uploaded by Tmikas)
and File:奉祀官孔德成1958年訪問南越考1.jpg, File:奉祀官孔德成1958年訪問南越考2.jpg... (uploaded by Vitiek)
In addition, there are big problems with the information and the source of these documents. The license tag used by the uploader indicates that the documents are official (communist) Vietnamese documents, while at the same time he claims that the documents are from the "Viet-Nam Bulletin : Viet-Nam info series" of the Government of the Republic of Vietnam (which also seems unlikely). 源義信 (talk) 05:50, 1 November 2022 (UTC)
- Another request, can you help edit the article of singer Thanh Lan on the English wiki? This article has been edited by Betabum, and he has added some Chinese characters to it (including the singer's real name and stage name, and even saint's name) that seem to be unsupported by sources. 源義信 (talk) 06:03, 1 November 2022 (UTC)
- @源義信: , Musée Annam's modus operandi is actually quite recogniseable, he typically adds the same categories to a large number of files dealing with Vietnamese history, adding "Vietnamese PEN Club" fits right into that stereotype. I must admit, I was kind of sad to see user "Betabum" banned as he started quite a lot of articles at the English-language Wikipedia of topics that weren't covered before (and aren't covered anymore), but I tried warning him and through his arrogance he ignored me. That is, because even if he does new behaviour there are a certain number of traits that always "shine through" that he can't resist, he's probably one of the easiest users to catch using a honey 🍯 pot.
- Regarding sourcing, Musée Annam's mostly used source is "Just trust me, bro" / "Just trust me, sis", he rarely adds sources and when he does add sources you must inspect them as he is known to wildly misinterpret sources and he never justifies any changes he makes. For example, one of the main reasons why he hates me is because years ago he added a false flag to articles about Vietnamese history, then he deleted it, I then asked if he had a source to prove the claim that it was false, and he got angry at me showering me with insults, eventually I did find a source backing his claims up. But essentially he was sloppily cleaning up his own mess and he absolutely hates having his motives questioned, the worst insult he can endure is someone asking him for a source. Sometimes he sources content, but after a decade of editing Wikimedia websites he still doesn't understand basic sourcing.
- You can file a Sockpuppet Investigation over at the English-language Wikipedia and here if you want. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 07:13, 1 November 2022 (UTC)
Good morning, Sir
- Good morning dear Donald Trung from hereat Philippines, with all due respect, I state that I just received a notice from JWilz12345; thus, I brought the matter for the full review of Commons Administrators in view of the history of edit wars and enmity between this Pulilan, Bulacan editor JWilz12345 and User:Judgefloro who has long been on Wikibreak due to COVID illness and personal reasons and later blocked;
- My Contributions upon a careful perusal thereof are all encyclopedic and not a single photo has been uploaded by me as SPAM or Webhosting; I deeply understand that you work hard herein and is a great contributor to Commons and other Wikis; please understand my predicament in view of the false accusations of JWilz12345, please Fact Check the valid accusations; IN THE LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING, I certify and state that I am not a DUCK or SOCK of any and all those mentioned by JWilz12345 (from Pulilan, Bulacan barangays) and I will faithfully and legitimately follow all Commons rules with advise of some editors and 2 administrators, HOPING for you kind action on the matter, and very sincerely yours Beeveevee (talk) 02:16, 3 November 2022 (UTC).
- @Judgefloro: , with all due respect your honourable Judge Floro, please sign in with your original account and appeal the block there, try to have a good faith discussion with the blocking admin and you need to understand why you have been blocked and try to understand that you won't repeat the mistakes you made that lead to your original block. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 07:41, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
