Surely even you must see that your last few posts have been absurd - [1], [2], [3], [4]. Your comments have included insults, threats and remarks that border on the ridiculous. If you can't contribute to these discussions calmly and sensibly, please do not do so at all. Your behaviour wouldn't be acceptable on the English Wikipedia and it certainly is not acceptable here. If you continue in this disruptive manner, you are likely to be blocked by myself or another Commons admin. WjBscribe 03:56, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- So let me get this straight...you depriving me of my constitutional rights of:
- Freedom of speech &
- Freedom of religion
Is that right?-- Hornetman16 04:52, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm having a lot of difficulty seeing how your comments aren't trolling. Calm the hysteria and contribute using some common sense. Take this as a final warning - your behaviour is not acceptable and is detrimental to a collegiate environment. WjBscribe 18:00, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Do not tell me, explain on the image talk page. Also the source is not valid, and the licence says that you are the creator, yet from what you have said you are not--Barliner 21:43, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:RAW7251.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multilicense GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find all your uploads using the Gallery tool. Please stop using Commons as a place to host your personal images for your userpages. I'm about ready to delete them all per COM:SCOPE. Monobi (talk) 21:13, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Good day ChristianMan16, I'd like to say that the note on Image:WWERawHD.jpg is clearly not needed, if an admin is going to delete it they will indeed see the log so don't worry about that. I'm now going to rv your note, please do not rv it back without discussing with me. Best regards, --Kanonkas(talk) 18:41, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Well I believe we can just remove the image note, as it's just a very annoying note which really doesn't serve a point. An admin gets to see the deletion log before deleting an image. If this is indeed a copyright violation, then it will get deleted. Leave me a note if you've got further questions. Best regards, --Kanonkas(talk) 18:51, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- No that happens all the time, when you do push the delete button you see the deletion log (all the time) currently the image is up for a deletion request. Take a look if you want. Best regards, --Kanonkas(talk) 19:09, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Template:Nobel icon has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for Deletion page. Thank you.
Well, there are two options on this one. Either it was from a toy, in which case it violates the toy's copyright; or it was from the belt itself, in which case it's no doubt copyright from the wrestling federation. Either way, derivative work / copyvio. If it wasn't one of those, what was it? -mattbuck (Talk) 17:05, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Generally, works enter the public domain 70 years afer the death of their creator, so it seems unlikely. -mattbuck (Talk) 19:09, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Spencer is no longer alive, although he lived to be around 15 1/2 years old. He died around June 2006. He was still pretty mentally and physically active until he died, except that near the end of his life his hips gave out and he needed help getting up from laying down. I can answer any other questions you have about the dog. --Brandt Luke Zorntalk to me 03:09, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called CRRaysHead90. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name CRRaysHead90~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours, Keegan Peterzell Community Liaison, Wikimedia Foundation

A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Portrait sitting.jpg, was missing information about where it comes from or who created it, which is needed to verify its copyright status. The file probably has been deleted. If you've got all required information, request undeletion providing this information and the link to the concerned file ( [[:File:Portrait sitting.jpg]] ).
If you created the content yourself, enter {{Own}} as the source. If you did not add a licensing template, you must add one. You may use, for example, {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} or {{Cc-zero}} to release certain rights to your work.
If someone else created the content, or if it is based on someone else's work, the source should be the address to the web page where you found it, the name and ISBN of the book you scanned it from, or similar. You should also name the author, provide verifiable information to show that the content is in the public domain or has been published under a free license by its author, and add an appropriate template identifying the public domain or licensing status, if you have not already done so. Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
Please add the required information for this and other files you have uploaded before adding more files. If you need assistance, please ask at the help desk. Thank you!

File:Animated-Flag-Christian.gif has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.
Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
