This template is used to ask the users to contact the original author before editing the file or uploading a new version, because the file is based on original data which contains vital additional information.

Usage

Deutsch: Wenn der Name des Urhebers angegeben wird (bitte verwenden Sie den Namen eines Wikimedia-Commons-Benutzers ohne das User:-Präfix), wird dieser angezeigt, sonst wird eine allgemeine Formulierung verwendet.

English: If the name of the author is given (specify a Wikimedia Commons user name without the User: prefix) it is displayed, else the template uses a general formulation.
