Warren Hall at 168 Second Avenue between East 10th and 11th Streets in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1928-30 as a "skyscraper church" for the Baptist Tabernacle, on the site of their previous church, Second Avenue Baptist, which was built in 1850. In the 1940s, the new building hosted Italian, Russian and Polish Baptist Congregations. (Source: From Abyssinian to Zion (2004))
