Too complicated

[edit]

Separate colors for raions are not needed! Have raion lines, but change the colors! This design is confusing and doesn't show clear distinction between Russian and Ukrainian held territory. DinoSoupCanada (talk) 16:50, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I second DinoSoupCanada's comment. The map forwarded by Qexypnos is indeed confusing & hard to visually read. Whilst the addition of multiple colors over the raions seems interesting, in a conflict wherein borders would be in motion, this would make the process a lot more tedious. A good example of region in conflict over Ukraine can be derived and seen in wikis of:
2 simple colors (or many but in range & different in contrast between two parties). In which is easy to read, understand, and edit. I think that its best to follow this format as of now, inline with other wikis. Kaliper1 (talk) 16:06, 31 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
