To remove opaque backgrounds, you can use the "select by colour" tool in GIMP and then use the "Colour to Alpha" tool. If that isn't available, you need to right click in the layers dialogue and "Add alpha channel". Which graph package did you use to create the image? It may be possible to create a vector version of the graph directly. Papa November 10:05, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
