The colour is very untypical to the Weimaraner. Could it be a German Shorthaired Pointer or maybe a mix between a Weimaraner and a German Shorthair? --Canarian (talk) 14:38, 11 May 2014 (UTC)

- Agree, the breed is all-lilac (diluted liver) and no dog can carry non-dilution alleles without it being visible. Very likely the dog is not purebred. --Pitke (talk) 08:36, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
