If this is indeed in Meeuwen, Belgium and not Meeuwen, The Netherlands, then it would be great to get a lat/long for this tower as it isn't in the EXIF data. There are water towers in Meeuwen, the Netherlands as can been seen from the cited locations in the article this picture is in. The exact name of the location in Belgium that is known as Meeuwen is (Meeuwen, Meeuwen-Gruitrode, Belgium). Let's see if we can nail down whether this is in the Netherlands or in Belgium, because I think there is reason to doubt that the description could be wrong.
