This window is part of a building by Louis Marchal, which is still copyright protected. Pictures of the building itself are not allowed according to COM:CRT/France#Freedom of panorama. But: this window was not designed by him but by two artists (Antonin Daum and Jacques Grüber) who are already dead 70 years. So the design of this window is already in public domain and not protected by French law anymore. Since it is the main motive of the picture and the building itself is hardly visible, this picture is free to use according to the licence of the uploader. -- Cecil (talk) 17:46, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
