But the Ut's MUST be wrong: compared to Silicon, Germanium cannot possibly give a higher voltage in anything! As a matter of fact, the graphs contradict the numbers. Filip, please be a bit more cautious -- petete 158.227.0.241 15:54, 12 January 2011 (UTC).
