Picture not available on flickr anymore. Send the following mail to the author in Flickr:

"Hello Dissemination, I am reviewer of license issues on Wikipedia commons.

Your Flickr name is mentioned as the creator of the image. Since we can not find the image on Flickr, can you provide information on the image? Is this image yours and the information correct, that you released it with "no copyright"?

Works under CC0 do not require attribution. When citing the work, you should not imply endorsement by the author. " If this is the case, we could keep the picture, otherwise we have to delete it from Wikipedia.
