It is a tineid moth, not an incurvariid. Most incurvariids have distinct triangular marks on the fore wings, notably one or two along their hind margin, their larvae feed on plants, first in the mines, and then, in the portable cases made of the leaf fragments, on the herbs and shrubs. Tineidae larvae feed on feathers, fur, mould, and dry plant remains. This one seems to belong to the subfamily Tineinae, which feeds on feathers and fur.
