Aus Cellolose mach Amylose und Maltose

Auf wundersame Weise spaltet hier Endocellulase den Cellulosekomplex links oben zu Amylose rechts oben. Dass dann dieses Amylose-Polymer weiter zu Maltose statt zu Cellubiose und später zu α- statt β-Glucose gespalten wird, ist zwar einzig konsequent, dadurch trotz alledem aber nicht richtig. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.248.179.181 (talk • contribs) 21:42, 23 March 2012‎ (UTC)[reply]
