This excellent photo might not belong in the category "road-rail vehicles" because such vehicles generally have both road and rail wheels and can quickly, conveniently and legally switch between the two. The motor car pictured doesn't appear to have road wheels on board so it is probably a temporary or permanent road-to-rail conversion rather than a road-rail vehicle.
