Update map

Hello @Jurryaany:

The Toophan seems to be used in 2018 by not only Iran and Syria, but also Iraq, plus the Houthis in Yemen and the Hezbollah in Lebanon. I am suggesting that we paint in blue also Iraq, and in light blue (or any other relevant colour, to differentiate a state from an organization) Yemen and Lebanon. What is your opinion on that ? Thanks for letting me know, I've checked with the article and I'll Iraq, I'm not sure about non-government actors though, I usually don't paint those in but I'll do that here too. I've made quite a few other maps and some of them do use a lighter shade of blue, like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:HMMWV_Operator_Map.png, I'll use that shade here too.
