The uploader claims as his own work; however, a crop of this image appears at http://www.oecdobserver.org/news/fullstory.php/aid/3211/ with the notation "©Concern Worldwide." It is possible that the uploader does hold rights to the original image; I've asked for clarification on en.Wikipedia, where the image is used. —C.Fred (talk) 13:54, 16 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Per uploader, "I contacted Aisling Duggan in the CEO's office and they waive all rights to it and agree to put it in the public domain."[1] I have not attempted to verify this assertion; I am assuming good faith that the described contact has occurred.
