hi

i am afraid this plate is fake. letter type doesn't match, also frame doesn't match. those plates had always the same letter types as the other black ones til 1990

No Austrian plate!

The picture shows for certain no Austrian plate.

The white-on-blue temporary type of (about) that time had very similar or even the same colors (white, blue, red) but very different grafics.

The letter "O" for Oberösterreich has (on all plates of that (white-on-black-)time had a very different form:

Much narrower. Not rectangular with corners, but oval with two halves of a circle on bottom and top.

Further:

Number "0" less rectangular.

Number "1" different form.

"-" and "." less rectangular, lower position.

No white borderline of the plate. No white borderline of the cell with the year number (here: 72).

Fazit: The depicted is certainly not an Austrian license plate.

Please, change the filename.
