Hallo,
die MOSFETs gehören anders herum (Drain und Source vertauscht), da ansonsten die Bodydiode des jeweils inaktiven MOSFETs den Kondensator wieder entlädt. Stattdessen baut man die FETs so ein, dass die Bodydiode leiten würde, und betreibt die MOSFETs umgekehrt.
Anderenfalls kann man auch die Polarität des Kondensators ändern (wenn wieder N-Kanal MOSFETs verwendet werden).

the MOSFETs need to be connected in reverse (swap drain and source), otherwise the body diode of the opposite MOSFET will always discharge the capacitor. Instead, the FETs need to be connected so that the body diode would conduct, and then use the MOSFETs reversed.
You can also change the polarity on the capacitor instead (if N-channel MOSFETs are used again).
