@Mikael Häggström: Hello! When editing a multitranslated file, please make sure that it displays properly from every language. Since your update, some languages are displayed with misplaced captions and text cut short by the image frame. Could you please fix the errors you introduced to this file? Kind regards, -- Whidou (talk) 15:10, 4 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for not accounting for this when I updated the image. I've uploaded a broader version now, and will have a look at the languages when the updated version is displayed online. Mikael Häggström (talk) 08:18, 5 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! -- Whidou (talk) 09:49, 5 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Whidou, I'm currently traveling and not able to use Inkscape. Do you know any way to check existing translations online? Mikael Häggström (talk) 05:34, 7 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mikael Häggström: You could use SVGTranslateTool, or open the file in a regular text editor. You can also see the source by opening the SVG in your browser and pressing Ctrl+ U. -- Whidou (talk) 07:33, 7 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks again, Whidou! The translations look alright across the different languages as far as I can tell. I've made some revisions at Switch SVG to hopefully make it easier for others to start using the feature. Mikael Häggström (talk) 14:55, 7 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. I added the missing captions for intestines and diarrhea in Czech, Catalan, Breton, Turkish and Italian, but I don't know these languages enough to complete the respiratory section. @Roxyy, Dishual, LametinoWiki, and Adert: , could you please update your translations with the new respiratory symptoms? -- Whidou (talk) 16:14, 7 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Sure! Thank you for letting us know. --Roxyy (talk) 21:17, 7 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'm having some troubles with the tool, as it shows me that I translated the words but they do not appear at all in the image, with blank spaces showing up instead. @Whidou: , do you know what the problem might be? Or, alternatively, if I tell you the correct translation into italian, would you be able to add them?--LametinoWiki (talk) 23:33, 21 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@LametinoWiki: Hmm, the tool seems to have some trouble with big or complex files. The foolproof way to add a translation is to download the SVG, then open it with a text editor and look for the <switch> elements. For exemple, the italian translation for the respiratory system is around line 540 :
<text id="text1861" systemLanguage="it"><tspan id="tspan1855">Respiratori:</tspan><tspan y="75" x="0" id="tspan1857">- Starnuti</tspan><tspan y="150" x="0" id="tspan1859">- Rinorrea</tspan></text>
Here, you can change it, then save and upload the new version. If you are unsure how to do all that, you can send me the updated Italian translation and I'll add it to the file. -- Whidou (talk) 13:00, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
